With a continually updating knowledgebase on European legislation regarding sale and use of equipment within the EU as well the directives governing the legislation, Cuilinn Engineering Ltd can deliver the means by which a company can CE Mark their product.
The majority of products and processes manufactured for the European market can be self certified, ie they do not have to be tested by a third party. The self certification process leading to the application of a CE Mark to the product must satisfy specific criteria. This criterion involves compilation of a technical file containing, to name a few of the contents, technical drawings, material/component documentation, risk assessment and a list of applicable design standards adhered to.
Cuilinn Engineering Ltd will supply a completed technical file for the given product or process based upon information requested by us and supplied by the manufacturer. Similarly, the Declaration of Conformity shall be drawn up and supplied ready for the manufacturer to sign.
The information requested will be specific to the equipment or process for which the CE Mark is sought after. The information can be supplied under the terms of an agreement of confidentiality if so required. Cuilinn Engineering Ltd will make the CE Marking process quick and confidence inspiring for the customer.
