Quinn Insurance Ltd employed Cuilinn Engineering Ltd to carry out energy assessment and produce Building Energy Rating Certificates for five of the Group's buildings in the Republic of Ireland as well as an Energy Performance Certificate for a building in the North of Ireland.

Cuilinn Engineering Ltd was commissioned by the Dundalk Institute of Technology for the design of mechanical and electrical services as well as that for layouts and finishes applicable to two new laboratory and one new veterinary sugery installations within one of our campus buildings. Cuilinn Engineering Ltd managed the project from the creation of their initial concepts through their detailed designs and spearheaded the tender process for main contracts as well as mechanical, electrical and specialist sub contracts. They project managed the construction phase of the installations, coordinated all trades, facilitated commissioning and oversaw the client handover process.
